Refund & Cancellation Policy:
Futures Attendees: Full refunds will be given to any registrant who submits a written cancellation that is received by January 13, 2013. Absolutely no refunds will be granted after January 13, 2013, and "no-shows" will not be refunded; however, a substitute attendee is permitted.
